The journey

Across Australia, owning property often comes with a private struggle. Extra shifts. Unconventional jobs. Time away from family. All to keep pace with a mortgage that was supposed to create security.
Irshad saw it up close, again and again. Good people were making enormous sacrifices for properties that were quietly taking more than they gave. Selling more property was never going to fix that.
So he started somewhere else: with the person, their holding position, and the life the investment was meant to support. That question became AZ Property Solutions.
How AZ was born
A different measure of success.
AZPS was built around positive cashflow property. Not as a slogan, but as a practical foundation for resilience. Property that strengthens a holding position instead of straining it.
It meant listening before recommending. Valuing the right fit over the quick sale. And staying close enough to each journey to offer steady guidance when it actually mattered.

The NDIS turning point
Standing in the gap between a home and the person who needs it.
After the pandemic, growing government support for Specialist Disability Accommodation created a real opportunity. Participants could access homes designed around how they want to live. Investors could support those homes while earning sustainable, stable income.
But a wide gap sat between the two sides: resourcing the right participant and matching the right SDA property to them, with the right support around both.
AZPS stepped into that gap. Building the industry relationships, learning the complexity, and bringing participants, families, providers and investors together with care. What began as an investment philosophy became something larger: property creating financial and human value at the same time.
